You're a journalist on the edge of bankruptcy. Your career is dying, your company is drowning in debt, and you need one story. One real story to save it all.

No name on most maps. No public records. Officially, it was home to a small research facility run by Aetheris Biotech, a pharmaceutical company nobody talks about. Nobody has set foot there in over three years, and the few who tried to ask questions never got very far.

You see your scoop. What you don't yet realize is what's still running down there.

Aetheris Biotech wasn't just running a research facility. They were bringing back something that should have stayed extinct.

CHIMERA is a first-person survival horror game set on a forgotten island. Push through dense jungle and descend into the depths of Aetheris Biotech's abandoned laboratory, hunted by creatures that were never supposed to exist.

Search every corner for resources and classified documents that slowly reveal what this company was really working on... and why they were so desperate to keep it buried.

Unlock secured doors, craft what you need, count every bullet and stay alive. Every encounter could be your last, and every document brings you closer to the truth. If you survive long enough to write it.

This is my very first game as a solo indie developer from France. I'm building CHIMERA entirely on my own, learning as I go, and I'd love to hear what you think.

If this project grows and gets enough traction, I'm hoping to bring on other devs and build a full team to make CHIMERA everything it deserves to be.

• Languages: all text is available in English and French (subtitles, menus, documents). Voice acting is in French only

⌨️ Controls: CHIMERA is played with an AZERTY keyboard layout. If you normally play on QWERTY, you may need to switch your keyboard layout to AZERTY to play comfortably.
